ALL PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM GAFARLI ATELIER ARE METICULOUSLY PREPARED AND UNDERGO STERILIZATION BEFORE BEING CAREFULLY PLACED INSIDE A SPECIALLY CRAFTED BOX. THEY ARE THEN DELICATELY COVERED WITH VELVET AND WRAPPED IN PAPER, TIED WITH A RIBBON. FINALLY, THEY ARE SEALED WITH THE GAFARLI EMBLEM BEFORE BEING DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE DISPATCHED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY OF THE USER'S CHOICE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAYS.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

AT GAFARLI ATELIER, WE PRIORITIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. HOWEVER, OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR JEWELRY ITEMS INCLUDES SOME SPECIAL CONDITIONS DUE TO HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS. THIS POLICY COVERS PRODUCTS IN THE NECKLACE, EARRING, RING, AND BRACELET CATEGORIES AND SPECIFIES THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. STERILE DELIVERY:
OUR JEWELRY PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE HIGHEST HYGIENE STANDARDS. OUR PRODUCTS GO THROUGH SPECIAL STERILIZATION PROCESSES AND ARE SHIPPED IN PROTECTIVE PACKAGING. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS SINCE OUR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS IN A STERILE CONDITION. ​
2. DIRECT SKIN CONTACT:
PRODUCTS LIKE NECKLACES, EARRINGS, RINGS, AND BRACELETS MAY COME INTO DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN. FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER SAFETY. ​
